Hmmm. Never thought of cooking on a disc. Growing up on a farm/ranch am pretty familiar with the beast. Looks like a shallow wok, so any receipt that works on a wok should work on a disk. If that happens to be the case, some stir fry should work out well. Better yet, Mopu Tofu with some kimchee and rice. That'll fire up your yearning for a cold Lone Star. Don't laugh at the Tofu bit. There are many ways to prepare it, and done properly it's darned good.
Nope, marinade the meat, let it cook in the middle then pull it too the side so all the juice and such drains too the center. Just have too be careful and not overcook.
