We are delayed getting started on migas today due to kids staying up too late last night after the James McMurtry show at the Granada... punks!

This high pressure cast iron burner is capable of producing up to 100,000 BTUs. Use with the Carolina Cooker ® banjo burner.

This is the burner I purchased for mine. works very well.

Oh, and I cooked deer steaks on mine and they turned out a perfect medium rare.

You boys playing around on your disc cooker with a flimsy store bought spatula or tongs need one of these bad boys. No girly kitchen utensils for something as manly as a disc cooker.

No, I can't weld worth a poop. I actually traded corn cobs for that one. These are made by an old fashioned blacksmith. He makes all kinds of cooking utensils and sells them at different festival type things.

But will they last a lifetime like the discs?

Oh and the tong/spatula works great for taking ribs off the pit without them falling apart.
