I have a few video's (with and without harvest) on tape that I would like to have help making a into a postable video. Last year Glenn "pop" Lemke helped me out, but I have lost his e-mail address to ask him first. Glenn if your reading this I would love to have your help again. The video's are recorded on my Song Hi-8 digital camera with hi-8 tapes.

What are you having problems with? It is actually fairly simple as long as you have the firewire connector that goes from your camera to your computer and some type of video editing software like microsoft movie maker. Hook the two together, turn on the camera to play mode, launch Movie Maker, download and edit clips, then export your movie into a movie file.Comment

I've tried everything. Even downloading the drivers for the camera, and I just cannot get the pc to recognise the camera.Comment

Sounds like something in your firewire card or port. Mine recognizes mine as soon as I plug it in.Comment
