My grandmas house. ....if only she was alive still. I was born there. Only lived there 3 days and came home to Texas . Was born a little early and parents were snowed in there .

Made my dad proud he was from there and born there too

Haven't been in a number of years. We were out of town towards calion (sp) lake

Town was booming and had all kind of eating places last time I was there
Still have tons of family there

I'm sure your GMaws would have been a great place to eat....just thought I might try something besides a big chain restaurant. Wanted to support the little man, they are always better anyways

My dad hasn't been lately but he said there was a place downtown called Johnny b's that was hamburger joint. He used to always tell about a seafood buffet place called Tina's but they closed down. Heck he said even the Ryan's steakhouse had closed down

what are you going to be doing up there ?

I was raised near there and went to school in el dorado.

                      Spudnuts are a must.

go to eldorado pawn shop, he has a good selection of lots of stuff, guns and bows, new and used.

right down the street from eldo pawn is Lipsey's they're a hamburger w/chili on it, they used to be awesome.

Drive to Lawson and eat at Abes Old Feed house @ night, all you can eat fried catfish...

there are a couple of good spots in the city square also. go walk around there and check them out.

let me think about this for a bit, i'll come up with more.
