Apology to those that looked

I feel quite foolish posting this but I must fess up to my error and would have corrected the mistake upon discovery. I made an embarrassing mistake on a shotgun I had for sale in the classifieds. http://discussions.texasbowhunter.co...d.php?t=345421 I pulled the box out today to think about packing it to take to trade in where I bought it. The box had a price tag of $981.00 on it. Tag is red in color. I had been putting in my ads that I had paid $1,200. I called the store where I bought it and asked if their price tags are red, yes was the answer. I then asked if they could still look up the record of sale on the gun, yes it was in fact $981.00.

I apologize to anyone who looked at the ad, gave me bumps to the top or those that showed interest. As I stated above I would have adjusted the price down $200 when I had seen the price tag on the box.

I have started a new, corrected thread in the classifieds.

The gun does apparently go for over $1,200 though.

A kid I work with did.. he shot in China and was 1 bird away from Olympics. Crazy.

Where my wife works a Guy spent 44,000 on a double rifle ...To go on his Cape Buffalo Safari...In their world gun that is less than 5K and Not Fitted is a cookie cutter gun..
