    Question about DB T2 Windows

I have a T2 and am thinking of covering the smaller rectangular shaped windows with netting. If any of you have done this, how do you attach it to the blind? Also, I want to cover the large shoot-thru window since I won't be using it and it lets in alot of light...have any of you done this? I am wondering what to use to cover it and how to attach that also. Any help is appreciated.

I got some netting strips from them...just pin up on the outside of the blind below the window, then slip up into the blind and pull b/n the rod and material that is above the window

I used a camo sheet to cover up one of my bedroom windows....did the trick...should work on the blind

I have a t5 but I think the windows are similar. I had my wife sew squares of hook velcro onto the inside of the blind, 3 on each side of the window. I then cut pieces of mesh 3" larger than the window, and onto that she sewed pieces of loop velcro so they'd line up. Alot of guys just use safety pins.

You can use hot glue. I replaced my big window in my T-2 using hot glue to get it in place, then I hand sewed it around the perimeter to reinforce it. You probably shouldn't need to sew the small windows; the hot glue should hold them.

Just curious as to why you want to do this? I have never had a problem with getting busted without the netting.

I use clothes pins to hold the netting in place....never had a problem with arrow deflection

Mike D, that is good to know. I just bought this blind but in my limited experience with using popups that don't have netting, the "black hole" effect has been an issue. I guess I really am more concerned about darkening the large shooting window that doesn't have a cover.

              Thanks for all the ideas.

I just open the two ports to the side of the main window and all is good. Main thing is wear black clothes and especially cover your face and hands.
