Good to hear all the good news about the bergers. Are y'all buying the HSM ammo, something else or reloading them?

then why shoot them in the neck if youre worried about meat? i never understood this argument, when there is less meat on a shoulder or ribcage than the neck. lotsa good burger there!

I'm talking neck at base of skull. Not the Good thick part of the neck. Theres alot of meat there. You would definitely not see me shoot an axis thru the front shoulders. Those shoulder steaks are awesome.

I reload my 300 RUM but I bought a box of HSM for my wife's 300 SAUM. Here are 168 hunting vld's we haven't tried them yet so I'm not sure how they will do.
