    Varmint swivel seat gun rest?

I would think square tube from under seat and up in middle between legs would work fine

The easiest way to do it is to attach the rest directly to the seat with a bracket that goes under the seat. It should be attached by the four screws that also hold the seat on the peistal.
that way whenever you turn the seat, the gun rest will move with you.

The old Game Tamer quadpod had such a rest that came up between your legs and ended on top with a T that was covered in pipe insilation.
You could move it up and down using a T-screw to tighten of loosen for adjustment for the individual.

Here's mine.... We welded to a plate underneath office chairs. We made a hinge so you can raise them to sit down and lower back down to shoot.

              That's a sweet setup!

We used a bass 'but seat' for the ranger rack. A single piece of 1/2 rebar with a T welded to the seat base is all we have. Its gusseted to keep it from bending or bowing. It also folds down for travel on the road or through the trees.
