Go to Walmart the morning after the truck arrives with ammo (my closest in on Tues). You can pick and choose what you want unless there is a line...
I went into one a week ago and looked and found 2 boxes of Winchester PDX1 .45 JHP. Exactly what I was looking for!!

The ammo comes in from the warehouse trucks and if they are like my store we get trucks every night. Right now we can't even order the ammo it is blocked from home office. Unfortunately it is a crap shoot on when the ammo will show up. When it does it is gone fast.

Yeah, like horn chaser said, I have had Walmart mgrs tell me they are on hold...wouldn't be surprised if the Walmart ammo days are numbered or carrying much less.

Yeah, like horn chaser said, I have had Walmart mgrs tell me they are on hold...wouldn't be surprised if the Walmart ammo days are numbered or carrying much less.

This is the same thing that happen when O was first elected. They blocked the orders so that what ammo can be split amongst all the store and not a few stores making orders and the rest of the stores not getting any at all to sell. It will take a while to get back to normal. I don't think they will quit selling ammo just takes some time to get inventory back. Alot of stores and alot of panick buying.

It is the same way all over the country go to academy or your local sporting good store they are out to the gun manufacturers and ammunition company's thank all of the people freaking out once again will all go back to normal again in a couple months but tux to those people I cannot find 1 da-m box of freaking shells to varmint hunt with really sux

One of the top WalMart sporting goods in the country can't get shells and bullets either it is manufacturing issues not Walmart issue folks hate to tell you this not there fault they are there to make money not disappointed customers

I scored big today in Hempstead Walmart. 4 boxs win. 9mm, rem 223,rem., win. cci .22 & 2 box .38.

They order 6months in advance so they haven't coughs up to the blitz yet.
That, or they aren't restocking....
I've seen shotgun shells come in, but that's about it.
