    Re: smokey mountain chew

I'm clean 7 months. Quit cold turkey. But I'm close to breaking. If I had mint I'd be fine

I quit one time, it was the worst three hours of my life.

Good luck, I hope you stick with it.

I used it for a while. I like the mint the best, and the peach is good too. Didnt care much for wintergreen or any of the pouches. I thought the regular was just nasty. I got 5 cans from their website for just under $10. One of the Wal-Marts near me sells it, but they only sell the Wintergreen.

I hated it. Look on line for jakes mint chew. Good taste and stays out better. Plus they have about a dozen different flavors.

I think I spend way more on gum and seeds than I ever did on chew. I also think I got addicted to the mint chew so speed that a well

I used the smokey mountain straight and wintergreen for the last eight months. I gave it up a week ago and have just been chewing a few pieces of gum and cinnamon disks. Do not use stonewall hard snuff. It is still nicotine.

I quit cope snuff on 1/7/13 cold turkey. I did buy a new boat in december and can save 100-130 a month on snuff. Question: When do the nervous ticks go away?

                          smokey mountain chew

I've been using smokey mountain a few months now. I don't like it nearly as much as I did Copenhagen but it has kept me from going back. I bought 10 cans online and haven't bought any more.

Would you like me to lie to you or be straight? I have been off of it for 5 years and still have cravings. Especially after meals. It is bad stuff. Just stay busy, chew gum and don't dwell on the symptoms

I honestly considered checking into a rehab facility to make it easier to quit. That first wk just is awful.

I quit 12-30-12. I slowly started backing off till I got down to 1 dip a day, then every couple days. Once I hit 4 days I got 1 last dip fpr about 10 minutes and chunked my can! Have only had a couple of cravings since and really it hasn't been bad. I can't just stop cold turkey. But if I wean myself off I do fine.
