I am looking for a good small 9mm for concealed hand gun. How does this gun shoot. Any reviews out there?

I'm sure others will like it and Beretta is a reputable company so it might hold up well but I gave it a hard look and didn't like it.

Read reviews by an old Marine on YouTube "BigDaddyHoffman1911" who shot the S&W M&P Shield in 9mm versus the Beretta Px4SC Storm. As you watch his videos in SLO-MO, there is a big difference between both guns, from a first shot off control perspective. BigDaddy shoots A TON and his shooting style is identical with both guns. Watch the Shield's first round jump way up off his hold versus the Beretta's first round jump (under absolute control).
I was thinking Shield but I'm now thinking Beretta Px4sc Storm. The Beretta has a very unique, revolving barrel action, between shots, that greatly assists with recoil.
Good call Huskysibe!

If you read BigDaddy's comments, he mentions he likes the STORM better than the SHIELD. After watching both videos in slo-mo, it's apparent the STORM has better follow-up control. I can only imagine taking both pistols to .40, knowing the SHIELD will buck a bit more versus the STORM.
So instead of spinning my wheels in an attempt to find a S&W Shield, I'm gonna shop for a STORM. STORM is a hair bit wider but it's still compact enough for CHL carry.Last edited by AtTheWall; 01-12-2013, 12:12 PM.
