I am in a chille cook off every year here at the University of Texas Austin and each year I cook up a differnt kind of wild game. So far I have cooked White tail Sika and wild hog for the non hunting left wing libs here at UT but this season I did not harvest anything but a few hogs. Looking for someone in or around Austin that might have some extra axis, elk ,red deer, or nigil. I know that by law you can not sell it to me but I can make a donation to your kids education fund. Need 3 to 4 lbs. Thanks.

How about some scimitar horned oryx so you can prove how an "endangered species" taste? Do it like a Guess What You Just Ate chili. When they sample it drop the bomb on the tree huggers.

I have maybe around 2 #'s of ground axis you can have for the cook off. It's not a lot but in my house it goes fast. I live in georgetown.Comment
