Bubba Blade. Who has one?

does anyone on here have a Bubba Blade? www.bubbablade.com. i keep seeing the infomercial and i cant seem to figure out what the hype is about.

I got one for Christmas. Very cool knife. I think the hoopla is because the blade is Teflon coated so nothing is supposed to stick to it when you are cleaning or slicing.

I havent had a chance to use it but the knife feels good in your hand.

didnt know about the teflon. how does it balance in your hand?

It's a little heavy but the handle is nonslip so it kind of offsets the weight.

was wondering the same thing, but just can't see spending $55 on it, especially since I already have a bunch of knives. Seems like it would need to do something my other knives don't. If it was $20 I'd buy it just so I can play with it and see. Who knows, maybe it will replace my other knives, but not willing to find out at $55

Looks like it does just like any sharp blade will do. I think my BUCK knives and my GERBER's will do the same thing.

A fella brought one into the shop to show me and I couldn't believe how dull it was. I could literally rub my hand back and forth on the blade and not cut myself. He was kind of dejected because they are suposed to be really sharp when you get them.

It doesn't do anything my electric knife can't. I got one for Christmas and never use it.

If you're looking for a tac knife at a reasonable price, check out the Schrade SCHF3 for around $40-$45. I have one. I tortured it in the woods for a few weeks and convinced myself it can hang. So I went ahead and spent $80 for a custom kydex sheath for it (thanks to Rat).

I have one it works well on big fish reds,puppy drum sheephead and mine came really sharp and seems to hold an edge even after cleaning those fish it's still sharp.i really like my knives of Alaska coho and my cold steel filet
