Honey can be left open for eternity and will never spoil. Bacteria cant grow in it. I suppose it does the same in our bodies. Been eating toast in the morning with raw honey and cinnamon for a while. Simple and natural is always better.

Oh ****!!!!!! I am crying. I watched that video with my newborn trying to sleep on my belly. Poor kid woke up eyes wide open being launched in the air wondering why his crazy daddy is spazzing out. If you ever tried it you would understand. The puff of cinnamon smoke killed me!!!!

I feel I am a person of slightly higher than average intelligence. That being said, I feel the need to share this information. USE LIQUID CINNAMON!!!
Heard this from a friend. He said to add 1 tablespoon of honey and 1 tbsp cinnamon to a cup if tea. Well I can tell u, that combination makes something similar to hot concrete. I even tried it twice before I had to ask him how he did it.

And which honey is better to use??
Definitely use a raw honey (get it locally at a farmer's market if you can). Don't use processed, refined honey as it can make infections worse.

I got my grandparents huge jars of cinnamon and honey for Christmas this year. That was one of the things they wanted. So they believe.
