stupid question but has anyone figured what kind of rainfall and how long it would take to get it back to normal?

When the lake does recover to full pool you could sell this footage to bass fisherman to help them find structure if they alredy haven't done it. I took a lot of pics when the lakes were low out in San Diego, Ca back in the 80's. Gave me an advantage fishing tournaments when they came back up.
