Don't listen to these fools about beans! Nothin wrong with puttin beans in the red, it's STILL CHILI! I'm a 5th generation Texan on both sides, and man enough to eat beans in my chili!

I usually look up the winning chili recipes from Terlingua and then figure out parts of several that I like. Cooking is a process.
