Anyone experiencing back troubles ever used one or gotten any good results? Or is it just another as seen on tv special?

Funny to see this post.
I've been on the fence about buying I e for months. Finally broke down and bought one from Costco yesterday. Spent $239 on it. Took it home and out it together. Got on it- flipped upside down and hated it. Didn't helo my back (actually made it feel worse ( and I couldn't stand the blood rushing to my head and sinuses getting stuffy.
Told the wife we were taking it apart and taking it back. We did just that.

I been using one since my elk hunt this year. 12 hours in a truck driving to Gunnison, 12 miles one way on horseback, sleeping on a cot for a week then 12 miles back down the mountain and finally 12 hours back home screwed up my already screwed up back. My back was killing me after getting back. I moped around and toyed with the idea of going to the dang cracker-backer again. The thought of spending another grand on repeat treatments was not appealing.
I did a lot of research on inversion tables and talked to a number of folks that swear by them. I went ahead and bought one. I have not regretted it. A week after I hung-out two times a day I stated feeling better and I have not looked back. Most days I invert one time a day and sometime twice.
I cannot say it will help you but it did me. My advice is to get a good one. There are tables that cost a hundred bucks and those that cost a grand. I spent about six-hundred on mine and it is worth every penny.
Good luck.

You can't just get on it the first time and o totally upside down quickly. You have to take it slow at first and get accustomed to the inversion. Once you get into it it will feel great.
Good luck

Inversion tables help some people and some they don't. In general pretty gimmicky. But, depends on what's going on... The best things you can do for your back is routinely stretch your hamstrings and do some core/ab strengthening exercises. And go see your "dang cracker-backer". Hadn't heard that one before
