why do you need to be able to pull the trigger in the holster...

And if you did could the slide function and cycle another round?

And do you would have to keep the safety off... Or you couldn't get to it to shoot it.... Which means you can accidentally discharge it with chap stick in your pocket...

So really I'm just confused? How does this holster make since?
Fully functional, it simply alters the shape in order to conceal.

I carry a Springfield XDM 3.8 9mm with the 16rd mag on a daily basis. I always wear a belt and its actually not uncomfortable.

Hmm I have a lc9... I guess they make them for the lc9 too?

What's the manufacturer of that thing?

What's the other side look like?

no way im carrying a purse. Get the right pistol and you wont even know you have it on you. After a couple days you forget all about it. Ruger LC9 is great but has a safety. Keltec pf9 is great. Small, cheap and great all around or a ruger LCP. You can even see those .380s in the summer time.

Yeah, what Chad said. The gun is fully functional in the holster and it just allows you conceal the shape of the gun. You can cycle another round while its in the holster and shoot it in the holster as well. The gun does not have a safety (long trigger pull is the safety) so typically I carry without one in the chamber. With it in my back pocket (which is where it usually is) I cant imagine how it would accidentally discharge.

I thought one of the purposes of a holster was to protect the trigger from being accidentally depressed. If I was carrying a gun in my pocket with no safety I'd definitely want something to block the trigger.

This is an accident waiting to happen.

I use this for my lcp....

I'm not sure of the manufacturer but I bought it at a gun show and I have seen them (or similar) at every gun show I've been to since.

I did not know the LCP didn't have a safety... Guess I've never payer attention to it.

                        LC9 has a slide lock much like a 1911.

But I will attest to the LONG travel of the trigger on these guns. You have to REALLY want to pull the trigger to shoot it.

The size is awesome but the trigger is lacking.

One of the biggest reasons I picked up a Kimber ultra carry ii. That thing is SWEET! I can't wait to shoot it.

Daily carry is a Shield 9mm on my person, A " Murse" in the vehicle for a grab and go with a Glock 22c and extra ammo, as well as a AR in the truck under lock and key if getting away in the vehicle is possible. I have carried both and both work well, but always have one on your person, and always have a back up plan if you can get away from the threat for a few very precious moments. Best answer is what ever you can use the best and what ever you feel comfortable with ..

Don't be gay. Get a good IWB holster. Carry at the 5:00 position. Wear a tee shirt and forget about it till you need it or your done for the day.
