Stills from video

This past weekend I took a nice 6.5 yr old 9 point with a kicker but did not have my camera or someone to. Take LDP's so I shot some video with my I phone. Is there a way to capture stills from the video? Does anyone know of a software or app I can use?

Just pause where you want to take a pic, let the volume things clear off then do a screen shot. Press top and bottom buttons simultaneously
