Daddy/Daughter weekend at J-J, LIVE!!!!

We are in the blinds and ready to roll. I'm sitting with my oldest daughter Rylee and my dad is running the camera for us. Britt and his daughter Jaclyn are in another blind. Both girls killed their first deer last season, rylee killed an 11 point and Jaclyn shot a doe. We are trying to get jaclyn her first buck and rylee is after a management 8, then thet are shooting does and maybe a red deer hind or two. Wish us luck!

We were walking up to our new blind and here was a huge 140" class 8, but he was busted up on one side. I just shot a big coyote at almost 300 yards when we got in. Just got a text from one if the guys that his son just got a good cull buck.

Had a good cull come in, but he was on a mission headed somewhere else and never stopped for shot. I think changing blinds and shooting at the coyote may have messed up our hunt for this morning but we are going to sit it out a bit anyway. The wind is really starting to blow now.
