Type of insulation

Looking at foam insulation on a 2x4 walls. Looking a the open or closed cell. Can someone help with which way to go. Money is a factor but at this time I'm not looking at that part yet only the pros and cons on which one to use

In a nutshell closed cell has a higher R factor per inch but costs more. In a 2x4 wall I would do closed cell if you can. 2x4 full fill has about the same R factor as 2x6 open cell full fill.

There are many variables but I'm pecking away on my phone so that's a quick answer.
