I called the help desk since mine is still showing in stock. Not a lot of information from them, just that it should ship from the third party. I asked him to try to get some priority put on it considering it was ordered a week ago and the status hasn't changed. I guess the good news is that he didn't tell me the order had a cancel status. But then again, not sure I would trust their system if they had a code work the way this worked.

I don't have high hopes at this point.
