Cabelas outfitter camo or BPS Redhead 1856 camo

Anyone use these patterns? I think I'm going to buy me some new camo after the season and leaning toward one of these. I know deer don't see in 3D so the MossyOak/Realtree patterns are really for the hunter's preference but for some reason I just like those patterns better than the leafy clothing.

I also like the digital camo patterns so may see if there is any military patterns for us fat guys.

Am I alone in liking those patterns over the the MO/RT patterns?

I have the Berber fleece and Wooltimate line in the Cabela's outfitter Camo. Just the right earthy colors to match my surroundings.

Cabelas by far. You can get it on lots of clothes. The bass pro stuff is only on their cheap stuff.

I have a lot of it and it is my new favorite right after my sitka.

I buy whatever is on sale at walmart after season. None of my camo matches. I dunno why i even buy camo. If i hunt outta my box blind or pop up i wear black. If i get in my tree stand or tri pod i wear my leafy suit. Camo is over rated. Heck i wear khaki shorts hawaiian shirts and flip flops when i got hog huntin in the summer time!

I am a big fan of the Natural Gear camo patterns. Have hunted all over God's green earth with that and MOthwing Mimicry and have been within spitting distance of a LOT of critters in both patterns. I like that neither of them "blobs" at a distance and are designed more to break up your outline, versus just trying to blend in to a particular environment like a lot of the major camo brands do.

I'm like skeeter. I don't have matching camo anything. I buy a piece of clothing that fits good, functions well, and is camo of some kind and is on sale.

I do have a Cabela's berber fleece jacket in outfitter brown camo. I LOVE that jacket. I wish it was cold enough to wear it every day of the year. It's comfy, quiet and warm. Sunday evening, I was standing up against a skinny little 4" mesquite glassing a young 6pt at my feeder 100 yards away and wearing that berber fleece jacket. He left the feeder eventually and hit a trail coming right by me. He got to within 20 yards of me - in the wide open, just me standing there next to that little mesquite - and he didn't notice me at all. I guess I looked like a tree trunk to him. When he got downwind of me, he stopped and smelled around. He came my direction, looking all around. Mostly he was looking past me, still not realizing the "tree" was what he was smelling. He finally trotted off, still confused.

I guess that outfitter camo is as good as anything. My pants were Brush Country, and my cap was something else.
