nope, i was out there last week and it is still green as spring. It has been cold the last few days and should be dying off.

my FIL said camp had about 6 foot of water in it. the highest house is a truck chassis with a 40 foot container on it and he said water was a foot high inside. they had to cut out alot of walls and get rid of insulation due to it being moldy. at least it won't be dusty this year and hopefully the deer have benefitted from all the water and extra browse to eat.

still very green in Victoria . . . . wouldn't surprise me if it was across Texas. Been a very warm winter thus far.

I hunt there too, and it is way green. What used to be a white countryside is a green pasture. I've never seen grass in the places where grass is currently growing. It's practically growing on rocks. The cold weather is only just now beginning to set in, so I can see some of it dying off in the near future. The mesquite leaves are just now turning yellow even.
