    What would you do?????

    Just got done assembling my sons new bed and noticed some boo boos when unboxing the parts/pieces. The edge of the book shelf has about a 6" scratch ok it and one of the draws on the dresser is either warped or got damaged in transit. On top of these two things is the bed was supposed to be solid black but its more off a dark chocolate with lighter brown streaks running thru it.

    I'm going to go back and talk with the furniture folks tomorrow about it. I'm gonna keep the bed, it was a pain to get in the house, unbox and put together so there ain't no taking it apart, but am going to ask them what kind of credit that can give me. I paid close to $1,000 for this thing.......I'm thinking $100 credit would be good.

    Would you agree?

    Man you are calmer than me. I would be taking it back to them and demanding a full refund. We all work way to hard these days for sub par products from overseas. Hope in whatever you decide to do, you get satisfaction.

            I would tell them to come take it apart and bring me a new one to my house. I'd raise **** if I spent a grand on it. Would you be happy with a gun if you got home and found a gash in the stock? jmo!

              If its damaged and isn't even the color it's supposed to be they'd be giving me what I paid for it at the very least!

                          They are sending me a new drawer for the dresser and are swapping out the book shelf free of charge. Can't complain about that.
