    Salt Cured Ham

    I have 14 pound uncooked cured ham to cook for Christmas. Just wondering if anyone has a good recipe. Tell me how you guys and gals do them. Thanks.

    on the smoker, low temp for 4 or 5 hours. make a glaze out of pineapple, brown sugar and apple juice and apply the last 1 1/2 hours
