My deer stand is full of these little buggers. When agitated, they can fly! What are they?

Looks like an assassin bug or kissing bug. They bite and can carry Chagas disease, too.

Looks like what we call Box Elder Beetles. We usually get them by the thousands in the summer. Pain to get rid of!!!
