What are good dress casual pants that you can wear boots with?

My office is dress casual (khaki's and a golf polo does just fine). I normally throw on my cowboy boots and Wrangler Riata pants. However the Riata's only come pleated they don't make a flat front. Does anyone have any recommendations for pants you wear to the office that are flat front can be worn with cowboy boots (legs fit over boots)?
Sorry to post such a lame question, but my wife is bugging me for Christmas gift ideas for her parents. . . . and since they know nothing about game cameras I thought this would work . Thanks

Yep, I would say LL Bean or Dockers are your best bet.

Wrangler still makes a dress jean that is what I wear. They are not denim. Have the true Wrangler cut and are NOT pleated. Sheplers online carries them. Good sales going on as well.

They all make nice casual khaki pants with flat fronts on them. I wear them with everything from flip flops to cowboy boots
