    EZ fletch Customer Service

Good customer service is something I normally expect but I don't always get it. I had a recent experience with EZ fletch that was really impressive and went well beyond my expectations.

My experience started off when I decided to swap out my standard EZ fletch arms with the mini's. I bought me a set of the mini arms and began the process to try to swap out the arms by trying to push the pins out of the attached arms and apparently either didn't do it right or applied to much force and broke the arm off to where my $50 dollar EZ fletch was useless. Needless to say I was very disappointed since I now had about 70 bucks invested and nothing to show for.

I decided to email EZ fletch by using the contact link on their website on a Friday afternoon explaining what happened and if it was possible to replace the base. I received a response the following Monday and was told just to send it in and they would take care of it.

I sent my broken EZ fletch in along with the replacement mini arms and included prepaid postage so that EZ fletch could send it back. Well last week I received it back from them but was surprised when I opened the box to find a BRAND new EZ fletch equipped with mini arms and a brand new unopened pack of standard arms in case I ever want to swap them out again. Then to top it all off they didn't even used my prepaid postage I included and sent it back to me.

Have to say great customer service EZ fletch.

So uh...how do you change the arms without breaking them? I've been wanting to get new arms to do feathers, but have been holding off for no particular reason.

Some companies understand what customer service means to their bottom line--and EZ Fletch is one of them.
