Talkin to someone on the classifieds here and had the agreement that the object for sale was agreed upon to be sold to me. Well without telling me that person sells it to someone else. I understand certain situations arrive and you might "have" to sell it right then but at least tell the first buyer. I would expect that to happen on Craigslist but not on TBH. I'm not gonna name who it was but just wondering if this happens often here? It totally took me by surprise.

That stinks, sorry to hear. Not much personal experience but I don't think it's a "problem" on TBH. Lot of guys seem to be happy with transactions. Hopefully an isolated incident.Comment

Ive done a lot of buying and selling on here and have never had any problems until lately. Ive had several deals made where the other party just stopped comunicating with me the day before we meet to make the transaction . Pretty rare, but it does happen.Comment

I'm not that riled up. He'll it saved me money I can't complain too much. But a text tellin me it's sold helps a lot. I mean it was gonna be a Christmas present for my son. Oh we'll. someone else will enjoy it I guess. And I really don't want to call him out on it. I mean he has his reasons that I understand. Just saying more communication would have helped a lot.Comment
