              FDick. Most amazing knives ever. I have always used dexter but have moved to these FDicks. They feel a lot better in the hand and you can cut all day on an edge. We cut 1500 pounds of meat twice a year to make sausage. This knife helps out a lot. About the same price range as dexter.

                      That's exactly what I'm saying. It's kinda like using a tea spoon to dig a ditch.... You can do it but there's a better way if you have the right tools.
