when people say they cook with coffee

Unused ground in a marinade. And it doesn't take much either!

I used folgers fresh ground on mine, I just lightly sprinkled it over both side's of the steak before grilling. I was impressed! It left a sort of peppery crust on the steaks and they were delicious!

i used some community coffee. unused new grounds on a brisket on the advice of mesquitecountry. it was awesome.

When you guy use it, do you add other seasonings, or is it strictly the coffee? This is something I really want to try.

I use salt pepper and fresh coffee and cover both sides of the steak with it. My family does not want it any other way. Ribeyes, pork chops, they are all wonderful with coffee, salt , and pepper.

i used a rub and some brown sugar, then i think a 1/4 or 1/2 tlbs of coffee.
