Anybody on the greenscreen had any experience with one of the NEW frontier lowers that are all poly?

I have with the bushmaster but not the frontier one. The bushmaster I have shot extensively and never had a problem. Shot all types of ammo and never had any jams miss fires or anything. Very light weight good for long carries or close quarters action. Put the right break on it and it has zero recoil.

I had the bushmaster carbon 15. Not sure if this is the same as the poly lower your talking about. Mine was great when it came to cycling and light for a 20". But I had a problem grouping with it. Mine was all over the place. I could not get that thing to group any smaller than 7 or 8" at 100. I sold it to a buddy who knew of its problem an had tried to help me with it. He said he wanted to tinker with it and set it up for his NV setup. Supposedly he has it driving tacks now with an ATN scope on it but I'm not sure what all he had to do to it. I remember him saying something about the barrel nut but not sure what he had to do.

I just built one with a NFA lower, PSA 16" lightweight upper. So far I'm impressed with the lower, and everyone that shoots it comments on the great trigger pull (poly fire control group with steel pins). I plan to run a lot of rounds thru it soon, and keep it as a truck gun to get as much use out of it as possible over the next year - my form of a torture test.
