Dallas - career change thoughts / connections

Guys I am :

U.S. Marine
HS football coach / teacher

I know that anything I try to do has a ladder attached to it. So getting an answer on direction, based on where I am today is kind of difficult in respect to positions, or titles that deal w leadership or manager

I was thinking I work well as both a team leader and as a team member.
I will say that I am extremely self motivated and show huge initiative in reference to doing and learning anything.

I was thinking something in the realm of sales or recruiting even maybe something along the lines of instruction and or coordination ????

I know everyone says the same stuff....
However, I believe my best traits revolve around that fact that
I have an outstanding ability to lead and make people believe in and work to achieve goals. I possess a strong yet caring leadership style. I am extremely organized and provide direction and feedback in a manner that others work well with and results are obtained.
This is seen in my accomplishments and background as a teacher, coach, and Marine. I have been successful in anything that I have ever done. I truly believe I need something more self-fulfilling.

I appreciate anything that you can do.
I would owe you one for sure !

Go to work in the oilfield. I did HVAC and electrical work for 16 years and got burnt out. Got my CDL and went to work in the oilfield. I absolutely love it.

Nope - Not at SGP.
Have no WANT to go into Admin.

I am looking to get out of Education.
The issues w the system has burnt my internal drive up.

Oilfield is not a choice..
I have to stay in Dallas due to my wife's career.
She is the bread winner.
