i think it was sumlin at the start of the interview was sounding like he was studdering and did not know where he was going. i don't know if he was nervous or just did not know where he is going. i did not get to hear the rest of the interview though.

I noticed this too. Not bashing JF. I want the boy to bring that hardware back to A&M. I just hope they don't interview Sumlin in the Big Apple. That man has no public speaking talent at all.

that was the first time i had heard sumlin talk. i was wondering how he impressed people in an interview. maybe he was nervous with all the hype this is getting. not bashing just thought it was weird from a head coach.

I am a fan of him, but I have to say, I wasn't expecting him to sound that humble on his interview, nor that sharp. I am impressed with his interviewing skills and I guess I sold him short on that. I was kind of expecting either cocky or dumb Jock.
