Just trying to see if anyone has tried and had success with any thing else. I've been picking up acorns and hand feeding them along with corn. What have y'all mixed with the acorns and had success with. I've always heard koolade (sp) but be et tried it. Just wanting to try something else to see more deer.

go old school and leave the feeder behind. sit under a tree in draw, or over looking an area you have never thought to hunt. -
I don't even hunt feeders here. I hand corn everywhere I hunt and always see deer. It's just that this year they don't even seem interested in the corn but they will eat all the acorns. Everyone around me is now feeding acorns as well and I am just wanting to add a little something to it so that the deer prefer mine over theirs.Comment
