Anyone have a bad luck stand?

I have a gun blind that I'm stubbornly sitting in right now. The wind is swirling right now and is never just right for this stand WHEN I'M IN IT. It's a great setup and I have tons of pics of them coming to the feeder but every time I make my way here, the wind blows right at the dang feeder.

Anyone else have a place you love but can't get Mother Nature to cooperate?

Yup, sure do, just about any stand I sit in is a bad luck stand for me! I'm in a three year rut and I hope it ends soon!

Yep!! Finally gave up on it! Everyone sees deer there everytime but me. I never see deer there

Opening weekend rain and a bumper crop of acorns screwed it up royally. The good news is they are coming back to the feeder at both my leases.

Got to go with which ever one I'm sitting in. Already missed twice this year on easy shots ( bow and pistol) plus not seeing anything compared to everyone else. That's what I get for letting what would have been the biggest buck killed on the place walk.

we have a blind we call "the fat man stand".....because a big ole man killed a 150"+ drop tine out of it.

we have not killed a mature buck from that stand since he killed that deer 5 years ago. we usually see plenty does and young bucks, just no mature deer.

I have the same problem but think it's those cheap wildgame cameras that are the problems...
