    Do you use "cure" in you sausage?

    Do I need to use cure if I'm smoking my sausages at 220 degrees like regular smoking? Not trying to dry it out completely?

    No you dont. it will be fully cooked at that temp.

      Sweet, I thought so, but was using an online recipe and it said to? I've never done it before. Thanks for the confirmation!
