Have a buddy go to the stand with you. Then have him leave like you normally do around your normal time, but you stay put. I bet they come out when they see him leave.

Ive heard this works... But I've never tried it...

I just go and plan to stay the whole day. If your bumping deer mid day then they are moving then.. Stay in the blind.
