    Eyes are burning

Walked by the garden Wed morning, everything was dead from the recent frost but I noticed the jalepenos were loaded with peppers. Guess they produced one last crop in the fall. Not wanting them to go to waste I grabbed a plastic bag and picked all of the good ones.
Well tonight I decided it would be a good idea to cut them up and put them in the dehydrator. They are around the corner and my eyes are aware they are.
Some are sliced in rings and some I just cut the stem off and sliced long ways. Instructions with the dehydrator say 5-12hrs before they are done.

I've had them make my eyes water before except I had the juice on my fingers and rubbed my eyes. Ouch!

When I was in High school I worked for 2 1/2 years at Church's chicken. Had to fill the jalapeno jars from a gallon can. All I can say is wash your hands well before going to pee...

Lol no doubt. Touched the old eyes after cutting some a while back. I wear gloves now.

Dont eat boiled crawfish and lightly wash your hands or you will have the same problem

They are coming along but I will be setting my alarm to get up later to check them
