Someone mentioned that there are some glands you have to cut out? Are they actually in the meat? If I just quarter one like a rabbit and fry am I good?
Do NOT FRY it!!! I've had it hundreds of times. The meat is super greasy. 1st we boil it to help remove the fat. Then We bake them whole in a cake pan or similar until meat is a lil crisp on the edges. Add potatoes or something to it you like
