If you think they don't then your living in a fantasy world. If they ever feel the need to admit it then they would just make an excuse how some loophole makes it legal

The Patriot Act gave them all they need to do whatever they want in the name of "National Security". It was the single biggest blow to our rights that this country has ever seen. Too many folks looked at it as ....Well, if it will keep me safer....

I'm all for it, I'm not doing anything illegal or terroristic. They can listen to my phone calls and read my texts too. If they want to read the reminder from Geico that I'm late on my insurance payment, go right ahead. If it prevents another 9/11 I don't have a problem with it at all. Sometimes shandy things have to be done to keep the country safe. This is just MY opinion, I'm not saying it should be yours too.

I don't agree with it, yet have no problem if it makes America a safer place to live for my kids

I have nothing to hide and will even give them my gumbo recipe

They can look into anything you have ever done. It's really that simple.

If they moniterd my texting from Hagerman it probably blew up their system...
Thanks to unlimited text msg I didn't go broke!!

And I have nothing to hide but don't really like them having the ability to spy on me.

If you're dumb enough to put anything illeagle in writing. You deserve what you get.

I don't like it one bit. Even if I did have something to hide. Stay out of my business and I will stay out of yours.

I don't need "their" security blanket.

Shoot, they can have my permission if they want to look - there's nothing in there I need to worry about. If they want to be bored, have at it.

The funny thing is the terrorist have already found a way around the watchers. Intelligence intercepts messages as they are sent over the Internet. It is documented that terrorist were and have been exchanging messages by creating email drafts and the receiver logs into he same account reads and deletes the message. No data transfer, therefor no data interception.

I do not agree with the big brother. If you are willing to give this right, what are you going to say when they come for our guns? The saying " Straw that broke the camels back." refers to the accumulation of many small incidences. Our government with Obama at the helm can now intrude and expose any aspect of our life and kill American citizens without a trial.
