public land hog hunts?

Been on the site now for a couple months, love all the stories and everyones input! I was wondering if anybody knew of any good public land hunting in erath area? I have a few land owners where i deer hunt (rancher friends) but the hogs are slim and none. I have yet to kill a hog and dont have the extra cash to pay for a hunt. Hope everyone has a great Thanksgiving!

Get the APH for 48 bucks and got to Granger Lake. there is a thread on this in the public hunting section.

Lots of opportunities for $48 permit.

They will send you a map (unless you get permit from district office where they have maps) that shows all the places to hunt and regulations for each
