Where are y'all's anchor points?
He can't get one on his face because the string hits his glasses.

Shorten his draw length until the string touches the tip of his nose. With the string on the tip of his nose glasses should not interfere. Clarifiers work great, once you get the anchor point fixed.

sounds like his draw length is to long if the string is hitting his glasses. He is trying to anchor to far back. Put a kisser button on his string that way his anchor point doesnt change. Just a thought, hope this helps.
