Family friends boy works there after school. Out has managed to stay open for many years which leads me to believe it has potential. For what used to be a posture it has come along way. Is out as nice as the marshal or Atlanta country clubs - no. but pretty average for a muni course.it will Never be a true money maker due to the demographics.

Ummm...manicured pasture is probably a pretty good description. Not in the best of shape, but stays pretty busy. Of the public and private courses I've been on, its the roughest, but I'm no pro.
