    Nockturnal customer service.

    I bought 3 single packs from academy and only one fit my arrows. So I emailed them and told then about it , they said send them in and they will send me two new ones. That was last week and I just got my new ones out of the mailbox. :thumbup:

              I have 5 of them, for some reason they all quit working, i checked them in kansas this week, don't know what to think about that.

                I'm pretty sure the quality has gone downhill recently...I've had several nocks fall out of my arrows on impact and/or as the critter runs off with my arrow. Never used to do that in the past...and yes, they are the specified size for my shafts.

                  Who did you contact? I think the one's made by Double Take Archery last year were good one's but ever since Rage bought them out I hear all sorts of complaints. I have one that doesn't work either but couldn't find the contact.

                          Is it just me or does the product quality seem to have gone down after they were acquired by rage? Could be wrong but the used to make the best out there and complaints seem much more common now.
