I have a Mathews Hyberlite 28'' that needs new strings and cable's, what does this normally cost for strings and cables and then having them put on at a archery shop. Just curious what you guys have paid.

I buy all my strings from Korbin, and when I do installs for people, I always recommend his strings. Great product, never had stretch problems, and if it's not to your liking, he stands by his product and will make it right. They run I think about $78 for standard strings, but he's got a "scruffy set" option that runs about $45.
As for getting it installed, I see a lot of shops charging $100 to install and tune. I generally charge $75. Some places will do it for cheap or free, but a lot of them don't know how to properly tune and set up the bow. Not quite as simple as just throwing on the new string to get it perfect.Comment
