Gander mountain simulator and virtual range

Anyone done it? How is it? My brotherminnlaw and father in law just got into shooting. They don't hunt and aren't experienced but have both bought pistols and gone to the range several times. Would they enjoy this as a Christmas gift?

In my opinion its more suited for getting apprehensive women into shooting.

I did it along with my sister and dad for a Father's Day package, had a black. The 360 degree simulator is awesome.

          pretty cool stuff.

Simulators can get a woman/newbie comfortable with handeling, shooting a gun. The thing even recoils like a real gun. pretty cool.

havent played with the 360 simulator year, i think ill give it try soon

It depends on the brand and model. But it is just fun to go in and work some of the scenarios, new to shooting or not. I wouldnt call it great training though.

The 360 and the 270 degree simulators they have are tons of fun.
