    Legal or not???

If a buck has 3 or 4 points on 1 side of the antlers and the other side has 2 points and only about 8 inches wide. Also, the buck has a 3rd main beam that is unbranched. Is he legal?

As long as he has at least 1 unbranched antler it is legal.

In an antler restricted county no. Doesn't fit the definition of a spike, and doesn't have a 13 inch inside spread... Unless that third main beam is growing out a third base in the deer's head. Which is pretty crazy if so.

            ^^^ This. I don't think I've ever seen a deer with a 3rd pedicle.
