Stolen pickup alert!!!!!!!

Please be on the lookout for a stolen solid white 1990 or 1991 Chevy 1500 ext cab 4X4 pickup. Has an electric winch on the front. Was stolen overnight in Desoto out of an elderly woman's back driveway in her back yard.

LIC#30DTR4. If you spot this truck, please call your local law enforcement. We think we may know who is responsible. Been several arrests nearby, but can't prove the connection.

The thieves cut through her iron gate and broke another one in the process.

Thank you both. The owner is a good friend of mine. I am boiling mad this morning. She's in her 80's and doesn't bother anyone. This truck had belonged to her deceased husband.

She is taking it better than I am.

We were wrong about the gate appearing to have been cut. The thief rammed the gate as he was leaving and it broke off one piece where it was latched.

Still searching.

Don't know for sure, but there may have been some tools under the back seat.

Also, the truck had some older aluminum style running boards on it and a trailer hitch.

The current white paint job is not original, but it had always been solid white. If you look in the bed area, you can tell it had been repainted.

There is a possibility that this theft may be a form of retaliation against her after some arrests were made in the area.

I was hoping to get at least one pic of it, but she's kind of uneasy about it being posted online. After everything that has been going on, I can understand her concerns.
